Anyone else feel like training new recruits take way too long, even with the Raise the Meek skill? Feels like it should be sped up a bit, at least for rank 1 so that most of your army isn't composed of recruits. Raise the meek is almost completely useless, it takes almost 30 days to get enough xp to level ONE troop, just one.
