No Man’s Sky is crashing constantly on my PC, help. There seems to be a lot of that going about as well, sadly. Again, these suggestions probably won’t clear up all of the crashing issues, but

I didn't think of checking the Event Viewer, however, and this is what it says: Click on Overlay under App Settings > Turn on the Enable in-game overlay. Click on the Games tab > Select No Man’s Sky. Finally, turn off the Enable in-game overlay toggle. Make sure to reboot your PC to apply changes. Disable Xbox Game Bar. Press Windows + I keys to open Windows Settings. Update 3.10 brings a graphically enhanced and smoother No Man’s Sky to the next generation of consoles. All enhancements are available to PC players.
