go to your logitech profile and change the rotation degrees to 900 degrees and then it will work as it does in a real truck. make sure the pedals are set at separate in win software. You can also set it to 900 degrees there. You find it where units are in settings. Looks like you're running a broken garage prebab mod. Also your MP2 mod is having issues but that probably isn't causing the crash. A few other small errors too. Lots of errors on something related to scandinavia and mercedes trucks - Probably a mod issue where the mod isnt updated to latest game version.

You should also update your grafics driver. Create a new profile and put no mods in it. Put one mod in and see if it crashes. If not put the next mod in and see if it crashes. Continue until the game crashes. That is the only way I can think of how you can solve the problem. #9.
