Here is my dream skyscale: Head: Medium triangular, rather big, expressive eyes (not as light as the shimmerwings and not as heavy/klunky as the default skyscales). Danikat.8537. I'd like to see skyscale (and warclaw and beetle) skins to match all the packs. We got a branded skyscale and warclaw (but no beetle) but none for the others and it's frustrating if I want a matching set, or just think that would be a really cool design for that mount.
Posted August 11, 2019. You will have to unlock the skyscale to be able to use the skin. (It's the same for all mounts and skins.) You could buy it now and then it will be available for you to use as soon as you get the skyscale, but without unlocking the base mount there is no way to use it. We got a game about Dragons. But only very few of the mount skins are actually related to GW2's lore. Instead they made the Shimmerwing, for some odd reason. It blows my mind how much effort they put into it (including MULTIPLE pieces and iterations of concept art), but nothing to do with the actual ingame lore.
